Delivery service
Please note the delivery service used by Wooden Floors UK is kerbside flooring delivery. This means that your flooring will be delivered to the nearest safe point to your property.
You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our store, or ship them directly to your property/site. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page you'll see your item description, price and delivery timing. Where available, you can also contact us to see if a faster delivery method for your order is available, subject to an additional fee.
Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order. All deliveries are made to curbside only,
All deliveries are kerbside (you'll need to carry goods into your property) and can be made on anything from a van to an 18 tonne lorry, so it is assumed that the delivery address will be easily accessible for any large vehicle. Please be aware most of our shipments will be on a pallet and this will be left with you at the point of delivery. If access is likely to be a problem please inform us at the time of order to discuss alternative delivery options.
We strongly advise against booking installers until goods have been received and checked as, regrettably, we cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses.
All Junckers deliveries are as per the Junckers Delivery Policy and Carriage Charges.

Please be aware that customers living outside of Mainland UK or in some territories of Scotland may not be eligible for next day delivery. Deliveries outside mainland UK may incur extra delivery charges. Once you have placed your order online we will be in contact to arrange the best delivery options available.
