Our standard points earning rate is 1 point per £1 spent. You can spend your points at a rate of 2p per point (50 points = £1). Each time you order you'll have the option to use points for up to 50% of your order. Earning and spending excludes VAT and delivery. Standard points are valid for 6 months from date of order but some special deals may have a different expiry on points earned.

Login to your account and watch those points build up - but be sure to spend them before they expire!

How do I Join?

Simply register for a trade account and use that account when ordering. Your points will start accumulating on all subsequent orders.

How do I earn points?

For every £1 you spend on products bought through our website you'll earn 1 point (rounded up or down as appropriate). Points are not awarded on VAT or delivery. Points can only be earned through orders placed on our website, not through purchases in-store. Points will be added whether you place the order yourself or call in to have us place the order for you.

How do I spend my points?

The option to use your points will be presented at the checkout. Simply choose how many points you want to use, up to a maximum of 50% of the order subtotal (excluding VAT & delivery). The order total will update to show you how much to pay. Generally each trade point is worth 2p. We may occasionally run special offers that make your points even more valuable. Make sure to opt in to receive updates and special offers!

How many points do I have?

Your points balance, eanings and spendings are available via your account. Simply login and go to My Account. There you'll find the option to see your Reward Points balance along with Rewards History. You'll also receive an email confirming points added and when points are due to expire.

What about points expiry?

Standard points earned on regular orders will expire after 6 months and will be reflected in your points balance and history. We may from time to time award special points with a different or no expiry. Don't worry about keeping track of your points, we'll remind you in advance when points are due to expire so you can spend them before they go!
